Water Softener Repair & Resin Raising / Top-Up means repairing a water softener system and adding or increasing the resin inside the unit so that it works properly.

1️⃣ Water Softener Repair

This refers to fixing problems in the water softener when it is not working correctly, such as:

• Hard water still coming from the system

• Water leakage

• Faulty valve or control head

• Problems in the brine tank (salt tank)

• Blocked pipes or regeneration issues

2️⃣ Resin Raising / Top-Up

Inside a water softener there are resin beads that remove calcium and magnesium from hard water.

Over time:

• The resin becomes weak or damaged

• The quantity of resin may reduce

In that case:

• Resin Top-Up / Raising → adding extra resin to increase the level

• Resin Replacement → removing the old resin and filling new resin
